I haven't had a ultrasound since I was 23 weeks I'm now 29 weeks tomorrow is that normal?

Yes, some practices don't do ultrasounds unless medically necessary. I had one at my initial appointment in February and one at 20 weeks. Because of complications with my 1st daughter, I'll be getting another one in August to check how the cord is inserted in the placenta. But otherwise, it would just be those 2.

I was told I would get only 1 ultrasound. I ended up with 3 and I'll be having my 4th in 3 weeks. (We're having some minor issues with my placenta and the size and position of the baby)  
But otherwise I should've only had 1 around 20 weeks.

Yes, I also had my last one around 20 weeks and will be having another one next week at 31 weeks to get the baby measured

Yes it's normal. I had my last ultrasound at 22 weeks and I am now 30. I won't get another one until the last month to check weight and length of baby.

Yes. I had my anatomy scan at 20 weeks and my doctor said my next scheduled one wasn't until 35 weeks. Unless you're high risk or there's something in particular they're looking for you don't typically have that many. It also depends on insurance.
