Help similar problem ?

Soooo i had my ultrasound and on my right side is a 1.5 cm follical and on my left is a 3.4cm follical it looks like it has a division so it could be two but could also be just one big one super nervous ! She doesnt think it will be a cyst im just so scared have any of you had this and fallen pregnant im also on 100mg of clomid and cd 17! No ovulation yet my uteren wall is thick too.
