Too far?

So about an hour before my shift at work I went to start my car and it wouldn't start. It does this sometimes but usually I can get it to turn on. But I tried multiple times and it won't work. So I asked everyone at my work to cover my shift, no one will cover it. I've called everyone I know asking them to get me a ride to work, but they all gave me a bs excuse. I called my manager to let her know that if I do somehow get a ride ill be late but it's not looking good. She replied with "okay yeah! Well ya know obviously if you can't get someone to cover your shift, you HAVE to come in." So I'm like tf? I literally can't get there. So I call the people I already called and practically begged them and they still won't take me. So I called my manager back and told her that it's very unlikely I'll be able to make it in and all she says is "well I haven't taken my break yet and I'm required to take one." (Which I totally get) but she's literally expecting me to do the impossible. It's like she won't take no for an answer. I explained that I've asked everybody for a ride and asked everyone at my job to cover my shift but no one will do it. What am I supposed to tell her?
