Do I really look 200 lbs?

Please guys I'm desperate for help! 
My normal weight is 160. My height is 5'8.  In September, I started gaining weight. In February (i was like 178 at this time) I went to the doctor to get my thyroid checked and it came back negative soo the doctor didn't really care after that. Since then, I have been working out at least 3x per week/cardio, on and off the slimfast diet, and cut out soda and my portions. I only drink water or Vitaminwater now. 
I keep gaining weight! Last month I was 185. I think I gained like 10 lbs in the past 2 weeks because today it says 194! 
I use 2 different gyms/scales so my scale is not off. Honestly, I can't 'find' the 40 lbs that I put on so quickly, but these numbers are scaring me! When is it going to stop?! It's been going up nonstop since September and idk what to do anymore! Honestly Ive always had a sweet tooth and still have my chocolate & sweets, but come on... I should not have gained this much weight this fast after being 160lbs for years. I weigh more than my husband now! HELP!
