Another opinion

Could I ask another OB other than mine advice my story:I had a stillborn at 23 weeks and now pregnant again they had me going to a highrisk doctor for my stillborn cause she was measuring small well now with this baby I an currently 33 weeks and they still have me going to the highrisk doctor and baby is as healthy as can be even measuring a little ahead the thing is they want to deliver him at 36 weeks if his lungs are mature enough I ask why and they said since I've had a stillborn they don't want it to occur again may I repeat that this baby.is healthy as can be they also want to do amneostesis to see if his lungs are developed and if they are they will even deliver him the next day I don't understand why this baby has to suffer being delivered early because of my stillborn baby has this happened to anyone?and this baby is way pass 23 weeks and my stillbirth didn't have any medical problems either my placenta only had a 2 cord vessel which didn't let her grow farther I am just confused and I don't want this baby to have any health problems
