Morning sickness went away?

I am almost 7 weeks prego and since July 3rd I've been nauseas all day everyday.  It's the 12th and I feel like it has gone away 90% or is dissipating.   Is it normal to be nauseous for 10 days and that's it?

I kinda had a similar situation cant remember if it was week 7 or 8 but i was nauseous for a whole week nd felt like crap nd the following week felt soo much better. Had my 10w 5 day us yeaterday nd everything was good. Dr said hormones start to level off at week 8 so u may start feeling better

Last time I MC at 14 weeks and my nausea went away . This pregnancy at exactly 7 weeks my nausea diapered after me being SO sick and I immediately freaked out and made an appointment and baby is perfectly fine. I worried for absolutely no reason when I could've enjoyed not being Sick lol good luck Hun I'm sure everything is alright.

It's possible everyone's different with every pregnancy I had I was puking and very sick all the time this time around I only get nauseous sometimes and have not thrown up once and I am 12w1d today
