Passing due date

Hi Mamas, my due date was July 10 and i am still pregnant lol. I pased my due date and nothing going on now. I was at the doctor today and she told me I am dilated about 4 cm. i do not have qny cramps or water broken right now. Do i have to get an induction or let the baby the time ti come? What should I do? Is it normal that I am 4 cm and still not having any sign? Please help me
