Orgasmic headache?

Has anyone experienced a post coital, sudden and explosive headache? The last two times my husband and I have had sex, he has started screaming out in pain immediately upon orgasm. It's so scary. He's definitely going to the doctor.

That could indicate an aneurysm rupture. He should have that checked right away.

There was a similar post on this recently and everyone commented it was a sign of high blood pressure. Definitely take him to the doc to get checked out. Rather safe than sorry

my SO did a few times but it has gone away I asked the same question and everyone said it might of been from him straining his self but I'd go to the doctor if I were him
