Now 11 days late..no af and still bfn!!

So I'm seriously ready to cry right about now. AF hasn't reared her ugly head and while I've had some symptoms every pregnancy test has come back negative! I'm trying to hold out some hope as I've never ever since I've started getting my period at 11 been this many days late. I'm going to the doctors on Friday and am going to have her do a blood test. This wait is just killing me!! Some of the symptoms I have are off and on cramping, back and hip pain, headaches, crying at the drop of the hat, sore boobs and nipples off and on, smell sensitivity and today I got 2 nosebleeds when I haven't had one in years.....needing some support as I haven't told anyone yet, not even my SO as I don't want to get his hopes up. :(
