SPD / PDS, call it whatever - Relief suggestions?
Started getting pubic bone pain (also described to friends, family and doctor as "ouch my crotch just hurts so bad") in bed rolling over about week 24. Now 31 weeks and after sitting for long periods of time the pain is excruciating. Reading a lot of blogs about it, but they're all very old. Trying a maternity belt, but open is still severe. Doctor said she would order physical therapy for me but that sounds extreme.
Does anyone else have experience with this? What'd you do to combat the pain? Things to avoid so I don't make it worse?
