21 cd progesterone test

Hey friends- so I had my ovulation tested Monday with the cd 21 progesterone blood work... And I came back at a 13.4 so my doctor said I ovulated... (No clomid, this would be a "natural" ovulation)  is that string?? Also- if it's lower like tang does that mean my husband and I probably didn't conceive this month?? Thanks for the advice- the two week wait is miserable!
