Hump Day Health Tips - What You Can Do at Work

Hope everyone is having a great week so far! 

Our tips this week are about small, simple ways we can be healthy at work. A significant amount of our time is spent at work, up to 40 hours a week or even more for some of us, so it's really important to be mindful of healthy habits.

1. If you spend long periods of time at the computer, remember to look away periodically to avoid eye strain (every 15 minutes if you can).

2. Try to maintain good posture by sitting up straight.

3. Take 10-minute break and go for a walk.

4. If you can't make time for a walk, at least stand up for stretch breaks.

5. Park further from the entrance of your building so you can get some extra steps in during the day.
