So this is what I look like now (married) and what I use to look like before (I got married). I use to work out a lot (everyday after work) now since I gotten married I gotten lazy I know it's healthy to grow some weight in a healthy marriage (which I'm grateful to have) but now that I'm TTC I wanna get back to what I use to look like without affecting my chances, so any fit and healthy tips? I know that has nothing to do with my reproductive system but I want to know if I can still work out while trying. I know it sounds dumb but I don't want to over strain myself since every body is different with conceiving. Help !?
