Af due july 21st hoping for bfp and that af doesn't show itself

Hoping I get my bfp after over 2 years of trying to concieve! Found out last doc appt I may have endometriosis shes 99% im hoping to concieve without meds ect cuz as of right now insurance wont cover surgery Hoping I get lucky this time it's been so hard
