So I am curious to know because I do not.  Me and my husband finally felt it was time to get off girth control because all the symptoms I was having I barely spot or cramped but recently on June 25th I got my period and ended it on June 27th. That was the first time I had my period since I got on birth control that I remember because I switched from the depo to the Nexplanon.  On June 30th so now I'm off the birth control and I'm thinking about trying to start a family. Any advice  on what to do and take to help the process and how long does it take for you to get your period after you get off birth control?
