In love but losing hope!

I need advice I've been off and on with one man for 2 years. I'm madly in love with this man. When I say madly in love I mean as in he does no wrong, I do everything but wipe his butt! He has left me multiple times for other women. But he always comes back. He is with a younger girl than me right now but tells me he wants to get a place with me and he missed me. He lies to his current gf so he can come stay the nights with me. Please what do I do I'm in love and I'm on the edge of losing my mind after I done lost my heart?????
