Should We Start Bd!?

I was out randomly today at my bfs eye appt and I felt a ton of watery stuff 'down there' and when I went to the bathroom, there was a decent size amount of lotion like cm. What do you ladies think? My fertile week begins in 5 days, is it too early???? What does this cm mean!?
