Pull out method???

So I recently just started having sex with my boyfriend. We were both very careful in the beginning. I'm not on birth control but we always used condoms and he pulled out. About a week ago was our first time having sex with nothing. He still pulled out but now I'm worried. I've been feeling off lately. Like extremely bloated. Could I be pregnant?

You'll only know if you take a test. My husband and I use the pull out method and it has been successful for two years. If he knows his body well enough, you'll be fine; however, if you are not okay to have a baby right now, I would suggest using condoms or another form or prevention.

Yes...get on BC or go back to condoms, otherwise you'll always worry yourself sick and if you are in no way shape or form ready for a baby, use protection, it's not worth it.

I've been with my boyfriend almost 3 years. We've never gotten pregnant from the pullout method. I'm pregnant now, but not by pullout 😁 I think it might be too early to test being that you said you guys started a week ago. Just watch and monitor how you feel and any body changes you have. You should be able to test in 3-4 weeks or maybe earlier at your doctor. Good luck

You should never use the pull out method without a condom if you don't want to get pregnant. That should be common sense. Actually, you should be responsible enough for your own welfare to have him put a condom on or get birth control at the very least. People here will promise you that everything will be okay but you will need to take a pregnancy test and find out. Hopefully, you learn from this.

I just got my period this morning. Although that's what I think. I've been reading that it could be implantation bleeding. How do I tell the difference between the two?

Pull out method is NOT a terrible for of birth control, and don't people scare you. Unless you're having sex right after you just have and the man hasn't peed in between the chances of precum picking up sperm are slim to none. Pulling out when used correctly has 4 births per 100 where condoms have 12-20. The problem is that it is SO OFTEN not done correctly (which is as effective as no protection at all). Using condoms or the pill are honestly just much easier and natural to integrate into sex, and a man has to be disciplined to know when he's going to come, and then to keep himself from doing it. 
That being said, there is always going to be a change that you are pregnant, it's just important to keep listening to your body and take tests when you need to.

You could be. Pull out is a ridiculous method. 🙄🙄 please be more careful next time and get on BC and/or condoms. Stressing (in general) and about being pregnant when you could have avoided it can delay your period.
