baby daddy

my daughters father has only met her 4 times for an hour max each time. he's not on the birth certificate so he says he has no rights & only sees her when he has time, when I've given him the right to see her whenever (with 24 hour notice) and he can't make time for his child?? 🙄 & he's not on the birth certificate because he WANTED a DNA test (I have multiple texts of him saying he did). and he still hasn't come after me about a DNA test?? she's almost 5 weeks. 🙄 I needed to rant, I'm so disappointed in him. he made himself sound like he would be an incredible dad, but he's been such a deadbeat. so frustrated.. more time for me I guess 🤗
