Can I bath while on my periods??

I know it seems gross but everything I read on here is telling me to have a bath and I have no idea if I should and I feel really dumb and stupid for asking ?

Showers stop your period for the moment usually at least it has for me and my friends. I don't know how it does but it does for me

Yes you can have a bath it's like you can go swimming as well if you have a heavy flow but becareful but it's natural and warm baths are amazing during a period I have a heavy flow but they are so relaxing and calming

Yea just put a tampon in for when you get out so it doesn't make a huge mess.

I love taking long hot baths when on my period. It helps cramps and it helps with clotting if you get that
