cramping/ pain during luteal phase as well as through menstruation since we started trying to conceive.

hey ladies

i am also new to this but i would love if anyone has some insight into this. i have always had painful periods. cramps and tiredness etc the day before and the day of. however since we have started trying to conceive 6pm months ago. at every cycle i now get cramping and extreme tiredness and nausea every cycle 7 or 8 days before my period and also bad cramps during my period. the only thing we are doing different is not using condoms.

my doctor thinks it may be endometriosis but there has to be a reason this only started when we started ttc. anyone else experience this? feeling fed up.
