Two year old doesn't want to wear clothes.

She had been like this for a months now and I just put different clothes on her that at first she couldn't take off. Now she knows how to take whatever I put on her off. No matter what I do...I even put duck tape on her diaper it took her a couple days but she figured that out too.

Is this her way of wanting to potty train or is she just being a little rebel? I don't mind her being naked or the messes really but DH on the other hand does. Plus I don't want her to get cold with the air conditioner running. 

Would there be any point in trying to potty train her or would she regress when the new baby arrives? How would I even go about starting to train her? Should I leave the potty in the bathroom or bring it to the living room where she plays the most? 

Sorry for all the questions i just don't know what to do any more. Any advice is welcome and thanks in advance!
