For me, it's a tightening. My stomach gets hard and sitting up or trying to lean over it feels like I've got a basketball under my skin. It's not painful, but it is frequently uncomfortable.

For me it's like everything from the belly button down gets tight and uncomfortable. Also if I press on the area, it is kind of sore-- like pressing on a muscle that's tired after a workout. But it eases up after about 30 seconds to a minute.

I had them Monday and mine were painful. Felt like a ball of muscles tightening and hard then it would release mine lasted off and on for about 2 hours. Next morning my muscles were so sore.
