I had a baby at 28+1 weeks. She is now 12 days old and still on the ventilator. I am concerned she isn't weening fast enough. Drs are hoping for her to get off soon but it is all so confusing to me and I honestly have no clue what any of it means. I have read some being on longer than others. It just gives me an uneasy feeling when j think about it.
