Have you tried taking birth control to help your cramps? Most of the girls I know have such problems with it, the bc makes the cramps semi okay. I always take midol to help me!

I used to take nurofen plus with codien and naptogesic but neither of that worked (took it every 2 hours instead of 4-6) so I went on the pill. I only have my period once every 3 months and even though the pain is unbearable, it's only like 4-5 times a year instead of 12-14

I have the worst cramps. As a matter of fact I have been rolling around writhing in pain and bawling for the last 4 hours. I myself have been seeking some sort of miracle pain reliever..  the doctor gave me tramadol for it, but only one script. The only other thing I've taken that actually does work is midol. I just can't take enough of it throughout the day to keep the pain at ease.
