CD21 help

I am on cd21... I feel some slight cramping... Nothing too severe... Tender breasts... CRAZY dreams every night... And i have had trouble sleeping all through the night... Has anyone had these symptoms and been pregnant? Or is it just my wishful thinking?? Is it too early to have any symptoms at all?? I would appreciate any input any of you guys have!! Thanks ladies!!!
