I was on depo for a year. No af the 1st 3 months after coming off so I tried detoxing (drinking lots of water and eating raw fruits and veggies). 1 months later af came with a positive ovulation to follow, 3wks later we got our positive. Currently 4 months pregnant. There's hope ladies. Don't give up. Stay positive. Baby dust to you all!!!

I was on depo for three years, got off last November and got af that December, took about 4 months to be regular again but didn't start ovulating again until this September. Got my BFP this morning 💜

Thanks for sharing. My periods are finally regulated since June. February is when my periods began but they were irregular, and no they are averaging out to a 25 day cycle. So I figured I can change my journey to TTC for 5 cycles so far.
