I need help deciding...

So my hair is driving me nuts. It's very long, and I always have it up now since having my daughter. I use to take pride in my appearance. Since having her, and now pregnant with her siblings, I have kinda let myself go. I don't really wear makeup anymore. I don't do my hair, I just hate it. I realllly despise doing it. These were my past hairstyles that barely took any work. In your opinion ladies which is best?

1) please excuse my fat lip lol

2) this hairstyle is complete layers and just went a little past my shoulders

All of my hairstyles I have ever had, have been layers. I've got pin straight hair so layers have been awesome. I haven't had a hair cut in over a year, and like I said since being pregnant again, my hair grows wicked fast.
