Talked to my gyno the other day. I have endometriosis and I think I have a hormone imbalance. He said bbt and OPKs aren't that accurate and they needlessly worry yiu. He also said there is no such thing as a luteal phase defect.y last cycle was only 21 days which he said is normal. I also spot for 5 days before af and he said that's nothing to worry about. He said my OPKs and bbt showing 8 day luteal phase are inaccurate and I have to ovulate 14 days before af. Anyone else have this experience with gyno? How do I argue against a doctor? He's not only a gyno, he's a surgeon
