Movements?

Question

For those of you who have felt movements around 17-18 weeks, where did you feel them at? I think I started feeling baby a few days ago but it's lower than I expected. Like 1-2 inches above my pubic bone.

I'm 17+6 and the top of my uterus is already at my belly button so I thought baby would be higher up too.

I felt them about the same area, felt like bubbles popping or a small fish flopping

I felt my baby boy's first movements low, too. At 17-18 weeks, it felt like little tiny thumps inside. I'm 20 weeks now, and they're stronger and move around more. They stay below my belly button, though. Sometimes they're swishy and floppy feelings, and sometimes they're thumps and nudges.

I will be 17 weeks tomorrow and i have been feeling bubbles in the lower abdomen. I have an anterior placenta so i wont feel it till a little later
