So my boyfriend has recently started a new job on an island where he stays Monday - Friday. It's hard to get phone signal but he does get wifi in the hotel reception but the problem is that he has only text me twice in the one week. When he came home and I asked him why he hasn't spoken to me he doesn't really have an answer and just says it's hard to get signal, but I know he has wifi! Am I over reacting or do others feel that same that it's important to keep in contact in a LDR? I know he works long hours and is probably tired after work but it's not much to ask for a five min call/Skype/text is it?
