I can't orgasm thriugh sex. It's not as sensitive down there anymore. I used to be the female version of a 2 pump chump, but now I can't get there. My SO and I have great sex, so I know it's not that. It started when I started this med. I take it for pmdd, but every day because it can't hurt considering I have panic disorder too. I feel so good emotionally, but this no orgasm thing isn't going to work for me.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

I've only been on it about a month (just under maybe). I only take 25mg.
