Should you test twice a day with opks?

Just wondering if you should do it in the am & pm?

It helped me. I was always testing at 2pm. When I switched to 7a/7p, I was able to pinpoint my surge much better.

I was doing them in the morning so I guess I should start doing them in the afternoons.

No, don't waste OPKs like that. They're expensive overtime.  I read somewhere that with OPKs, its best to test around 12pm to 8pm and never with 1st morning urine.

I got negative  at 8am and I tested at 1 pm I  got postive,  first morrning urine  not recommended .
