Confused
I am now confused as to whether the first day of AF is regular bleeding or spotting. I always spot for 2 days before I start. So it's like 2 days of spotting and 3 days moderate bleeding then maybe a day of spotting....Opinions?? I should know this but I've been reading so much lately I'm unsure.
