How late ?

Hey ladies!
I usually take my pill at 9:00pm but tonight I went out with my co-workers (switched purses) and totally forgot to take my pills with me. Long story short, I ended up taking my pill at 9:32pm.

Is that consider late? Do I need to use a back up method? Please help, this is the first time this happens😫

That's really not late at all but it might be a good idea to use a back up method for a day or two to keep any anxiety about it at bay

No you're fine. I usually take mine at 6pm but sometimes I'm too lazy to go get it so I end up taking it at 7 or 8. You'll be ok.

Read the pamphlet that comes with your pills. It'll tell you what time frame is acceptable for your specific pill
