Has anyone had this before

Sooo glow tells me I'm 8 weeks today according to my LMP and I had my first ultrasound today I measured at 5 weeks. the lady told me she sees a pregnancy sack but no baby yet and to come back in a week. I'm terrified and I'll I've done is cry since! Has anyone had this happen to them before
