It's been 12 weeks 1 day and I am still bleeding?

Dont know about you, but I bled till 10 weeks pp. It was more like a dark brown discharge rather than actual blood. Its been over 2 weeks now and no bleeding. I have heard that its the uterus still cleaning itself. 
But, better be safe than sorry, go get checked out, and hopefully everyghing is okay!
