Opinions please??

I got my nexplanon removed 4 days ago. And the first two days were great and now I'm bleeding ALOT. like within 4 hours have bleed through three super tampons. Im not sure if this is normal or not. Im also getting really bad cramps. This is the first time I've been off birth control in 4 years. I had the nexplanon since August and before that I was on the depo shot. I switched because I had excessive bleeding. And thought it would stop and then with the implant it was off and on. I have never bled as heavy as I am right now and I don't know if it's normal or if I should be worried.
