Tired of pads and tampons?

For the past 3 years, I have been using SoftCup disposable menstrual cups instead of pads and tampons. I absolutely love them, and I wanted to let others know about them. Benefits: (1) Except for the heaviest day of my period, I don't have to change it all week. It is completely safe to leave inside for days at a time, and there has been no link to toxic shock syndrome. (2) You can have sex with it on, and there is no blood or smell. (3) Cost effective - now I only spend $10 for over a year of period protection. Only con: messy to change in public, but that's really not an issue as I rarely need to change it more than twice a day, in the morning and before I go to bed.
