Don't think I'm alone when I say...

No parent is perfect. You see online constantly these "highlight reels" of people lives and how amazing and easy it looks. It's hard not to compare yourself. But as you and your kids grow...your realize while it may be fun to provide all these expensive things (nothing wrong with that) or are crafty and make stuff, get that high school bod back, or return to work full time....at the end of the day...you just hope your kid feels loved and that you can somehow help them grow and apply the necessary tools to make it in this crazy world..... Some of us feel the pressure if not all of us. At the end of the day...I'm worn out, I think I showered, and my sons snuggling with his momma cause she's a monster fighting ninja who spends her days working and taking care of all his needs to make sure he can just enjoy being a kid.
