Could this be implantation bleeding?

I'm not sure if you can see it but there's some red spots on the tp. Could that be implantation bleeding. It picked up a very little bit but nothing in the toilet only when I wiped. I know it's not a cut.

How many dpo are you? When I had those little red spots i end up getting my period.
