On 12th July I was in a car accident. I've no serious injuries. Just a few bruises and sore muscles. I've woken up this morning to find blood downstairs.. My period isn't due until next Saturday. I never have spotting as I've been on the pill and I track everything!! This has never happened in the 3 years I've been on the pill. My mum is out of town for the Star Wars convention so I don't know what to do😔. I do have regular sex with my SO and worry this could be a MC without me knowing I was pregnant(?!?) Any one else can offer me any help who's been in a bad accident? I did go to hospital to get checked as my internal organs didn't feel right but the Dr said I was ok to go home and gave me pain killers.
