Carpal tunnel issues???

Ugh I've been having crazy carpal tunnel issues with this pregnancy. So Uncomfortable. It's on my right hand so whenever I sleep on my right side it flares up, it hurts to sleep on my back and eventually I cramp up on the left. Can't win!!! anyone else have this same issue?? What do you do for some relief??

I had mine flare up with my first pregnancy. In the last two months, I had very tingly fingertips on both hands so I couldn't write or wash my hair. I had to go to the salon to get my hair washed probably once a week because I wasn't doing a very good job. (My bf tried. I still love his enthusiasm. Buuuuuut he's bald; he just doesn't get it 😂) Because they had to give me fluids during labor, it took a couple of weeks postpartum to clear up and get feeling back.

I have no hacks to make it better. Just support and know that it should get better.

I have the same issue. My right hand tends to get worse than my left at night so I wear a brace and it makes a HUGE difference! I would recommend getting the splints. Mine saved me and I'm able to sleep so much better now

I am so glad I'm not the only one, but I have no idea what to do about it! My hand goes numb while I sleep and it either takes forever to get feeling back or it hurts. Now it has started to randomly feel numb during the day sometimes too. It is crazy!

Me too it flares up for me early mornings. If I rotate sides the opposite arm and hand goes numb. Ugh 15 more days til I'm induced.

I have the same issue in both hands. It's miserable. This is by far the worst part of my pregnancy so far. Mine get so bad they swell by morning.

Mine was awful! And I type all day! Heavy duty splints at night work wonders and let's me function the next day! Highly recommend them.

Yes! I have it in both hands and it is so uncomfortable at night! Both hands go completely numb no matter how I lay. I wake up and can't feel my hands, can't make a fist and they ache! I try to just shake out my hands and get some better circulation going. My doctor told me to buy wrist splints to wear at night so I might go buy some today and try that out! It's such a pain, but it's all worth it in the end when I get to meet my little baby girl!

Same problem here in my right hand! It started out just when I was sleeping now it's all the time! Constant numbness and tingling! 😡 soo annoying!

I have it in both hands, I thought hand braces and wear them at night time it seems to help at least sleep and less pain. My hands still tingle with the braces on but it's not as painful
