Charlie horse!!
When I get them on my legs I feel like I'm gonna die of the pain!! I don't wish this on no one ! I drink plenty of water during the day if i drink anymore I won't be able to sleep I already get up 4-5 times at night to pee ! What else can I do to help ??? Please I need help I can't tale this no more
