Active Mommy-to-be's....
Since January I've lost a total of 52 lbs & well over 20 inches throughout my entire body. After my husband & I have unexpectedly & excitingly received our BFP(estimated 5+ weeks), I am freaking out about my exercise routine. I have my first appt with my OB on Monday which of course will be discussed more in detail then, but I workout 5-7 days a week. And going the next 3 days without my routine is making me crazy.
Should I really hold out on the exercising until I talk to my physician about my exercise routines? Or is there a quick "do & don't" guide someone can give me so I can get even some light exercises until then?
