Late or just weird period? 🤔

So my last actual period was May 24th. I'm cycles are every 31 days and last 4-5 days. June rolls around and I got my "period" 3 days early. I very lightly bled for 1 1/2 days. It was heavier than a spot but still very light. 1 tampon would've sufficed for the whole day. I'm feeling like I'm pregnant, all the symptoms but I keep getting negatives. My period is due next Friday. I'm waiting until then but it the meantime, has anyone experienced anything like this? My doctor won't see me unless I have a positive test or another "missed/weird" period.
