Exercise while pregnant
Hello! Just found out I am 5 1/2 weeks pregnant....I haven't worked out since I had a positive preg test 3 days ago cause I am nervous to. Before preggo I worked out for years, 5-6 days a week doing weight lifting, high intensity and Pilates. I am afraid to do anything in fear of losing the baby. I will definitely not go back to high intensity until after the baby is born. Anyone workout so early in their pregnancy and was ok? What are your suggestions etc? I don't see my doctor until the 25th and will ask her too. Just looking for your experiences. Thanks!
