Having sex the day after ovulation won't do anything to help you get pregnant. It's better to have sex the day before and day of ovulation if possible to maximize your chances.

We went and saw a fertility IVF Dr who said we should have Sex the day of ovulation as well as a day or two after. It helps to use the ovulation kit to find out when you're ovulating specifically. Have fun!!
