what's your guys opinion on someone at your work  that is dating their boss or co worker

When I was a teenager I dated my boss at a resturaunt I worked at (he was only a few years older) 6 years later and were married :) work was work we were very professional and if anything he was much harder on me than the others, depends on the people and relationship

I met my partner at work, he was a manager and I a supervisor. We have been together over 5 years now :) and still work in the same place x

Mixing work (more so bosses) and relationships is never a good idea.

Its most likely against company policy. Its one thing to date a coworker, but to date a direct report is wrong. Sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen
