So I got the Paragard IUD on Wednesday. I did a ton of research before I got it to make sure it was right for me. I read that there would be cramps for a couple days. I had no idea they were going to be so terrible. During the insertion and for about 4 hours afterwards I was in crippling pain. The worst pain I've felt so far in my life (I haven't had kids yet) it started to become more manageable and now it's very minimal. What I'm most worried about is everything I read Sai cramps only lasts two days. I'm going on day 3 and they're still around. Granted they are very small but I'm worried still. Can anyone give me some words of wisdom?
